1. Booking and Service Execution

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of your request.

  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup locations, drop-off terminals, and flight details so we can track your journey.

  • Our taxis operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

  • We monitor live traffic and flight schedules to ensure we pick you up and drop you off exactly on time.

  • We cannot be held financially liable for missed flights due to extreme weather, sudden road closures, or unforeseen, severe traffic incidents beyond our control.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • We offer competitive, flat-rate fares so you know exactly what you are paying before you step into the car.

  • Any additional detours or stops requested by the passenger during the journey may incur extra charges not included in the original flat-rate quote.

  • Payments can be made securely online at the time of booking or directly to the driver via accepted credit/debit cards or cash.

3. Vehicle Capacity, Luggage, and Fleet

  • Standard sedans accommodate standard luggage limits as defined by local transport regulations.

  • We have spacious SUVs and maxi taxis available upon request to accommodate extra passengers and oversized luggage comfortably.

  • Passengers must inform us of any oversized items, extreme luggage amounts, or the need for child safety seats at the time of booking to ensure the correct vehicle is dispatche

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the trip) or passenger "no-shows" may be charged up to the full estimated fare of the trip.

  • If you need to modify your booking due to a changed or delayed flight, please contact our dispatch team immediately.

5. Passenger Conduct and Liability

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts in accordance with Victorian and Australian law.

  • Smoking, consuming alcohol, and eating are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles to maintain our premium fleet standards.

  • Passengers will be held financially responsible for any deliberate damage, excessive soiling, or spills caused to the vehicle interior during their trip.

6. Service Areas

7. Amendments to These Terms
